Chanta Rose is well known as both a bondage top and a bondage model. She makes use of her knowledge of both sides of ropework in this beautifully illustrated book about bondage that not only looks good, but does not get in the way of, and in fact enhances, good sex. Van Darkholme is a rope top, photographer, and model. He has made several excellent rope videos, such as White Rope, Black Rope, Raw Rope, and Bondo Gods. His first book contains beautifully-photographed of men tied up with shibari ropework.

Well-known bondage educator Bridgett Harrington's book covers all sorts of decorative and useful rope bondages, including

Two Knotty Boys have a very decorative bondage style, using fancy (but not difficult) knots such as the double-coin knot, and lots of rope corsetry. I have admired their style for years. Finally they have come out with their own how-to book. The instructions are good, and the photographs, while black-and-white, are easy to follow. And where else are you going to find instructions on making rope panties?
